Share your calendar availability with others using Google Workspace

To share your calendar availability with others using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), here are two good options:

✅ Option 1: Share a link to book a time with you (Recommended)

If you're using Google Calendar with a Workspace account, you can use the "Appointment Schedule" feature:

  1. Open Google Calendar

  2. Click “Create” → Select “Appointment schedule”

  3. Set your available time slots (e.g. weekdays 10am–2pm)

  4. Customize duration, buffer times, etc.

  5. Google will generate a booking page link (e.g. https://calendar.google.com/book/yourname)

  6. Share that link with others so they can book time directly based on your availability

✅ Option 2: Share your availability manually

If you don't want people booking directly, you can share your availability like this:

  1. In Google Calendar, create a temporary event showing your available times (e.g. “Free for a call: 10–11am”)

  2. Click on the event → "More actions" → "Publish event"

  3. Copy and share the public link (it will only show that specific event).
