When uses click on the subscribe button at the top corner of the navigation bar it will open the pop up to create subscribe with an email and create an account.

Users will now be able to subscribe to a site on WEB to get notifications.
This would mean that every site would have a subscribe button.

This will be the pop up when asking users if they want to get email notifications. The specific email setting will only be accessible form the notifications setting section.A variant of this design after someone has created an account would be the following

If all is disabledI proposed this. Depend of what is possible for notifications, but this is the idea, we can create groups having a essencial block and a switcher to on/off.
