In Seed, we work with methodologies and generate concepts through argumentation on the Thinking Tool we are building.

Methodology Principles (To be discussed):

• The Story Map serves as the North Star for the Dev Team. The Story Map priorities depend on the user conversations and identified desired Outcomes.

• Software Design Patterns or Principles are defined in technical documentation and strictly followed.

• Architecture concepts are written down in technical documents and debated with the entire team through our Thinking Machine.

• Projects must refer to the story map and the technical documentation. Authors must receive feedback from the rest of the team.

• Technical Debt is addressed with ordered, small, and continuous refactors.
