Email Service and Private-p2p Sync Model for `Newsrc`
I believe we have reached consensus to move towards a private P2P sync model for subscriptions, which will be a much larger project, and we are waiting for private sync to be ready. So, in the meantime, we should bring back the simple centralized email system.

Steps
Resume the current email stand-alone service as it is, fixing the daily activity emails.
Finish Private Documents.
Write down a project about the Newsrc using our Sync Engine to sync subscription lists, read-unread lists, and mail lists to the network.
Adapt the email standalone architecture to the new Newsrc Syncing Object.
Execute week on week, delivering value to users.
