The problem with Block ID persistence in the editorblockIDs are very important for content referencing. it must be consistent.
currently we have a problem that blockIds are not persisted when users move or update blocks. this is a problem because users want to make sure they are referencing the correct content throughout editions.
I believe currently this is a big problem when we move blocks, but I'm not 100% sure if is the case if the user deletes the whole content of a block and add new content. I need to check.
the editor developers (Iskak Toltay and horacio ) will take a look at this and fix it asap!
